Djibril Cisse has disappointed his reported clutch of English admirers by revealing he plans to stay at Marseille until the end of the season.
The former Liverpool striker has been linked with both Bolton and Manchester City in recent weeks and a return to The Premier League looked a distinct possibility for the France international.
After scoring twice in Marseille's win over Valenciennes on Saturday though, Cisse underlined that he is expecting to remain at Stade Veldrome until the end of the current campaign at least.
"I am still here," Cisse told L'Equipe. "I think that I will be here until the end of the season."
