Marseille midfielder Joey Barton is sorry to hear of the release of Manchester City midfielder Michael Johnson.
Barton, on-loan at l'OM from QPR, played with Johnson at City.
He tweeted: "Just read about young Michael Johnson at Man City. So sad. Had the world at his feet. That's what too much pressure/£, can do to young lads."
