Juventus chief Beppe Marotta has plans to make three new signings in January.
Tuttosport says Marotta wants a central midfielder, a left-sided wing-back and a centre-half.
Borussia Dortmund defender Mats Hummel is under consideration, as is Cagliari midfielder Radja Nainggolan.
"Don't ask me about names," said Marotta this week. "My intention is to strengthen the team."
