Juventus GM Beppe Marotta insists they won't "cave into" Real Madrid's push for Paul Pogba.
Real Madrid are being linked with a €100 million bid for the Frenchman.
Marotta said: "A positive transfer strategy also means not bowing down to the proposals of huge clubs. Pogba is sought-after, but he has resisted and will try to resist. Our intention is to buy important players and not sell them.
"As of today there is nothing to suggest Pogba will go to another club, but we cannot compete with the wages that are being proposed. We have certain financial goalposts."
