Former AC Milan striker Mark Hateley is happy hearing the club is building a new stadium.
The former QPR and Rangers star remains a big fan of the Rossoneri.
He told TMW: "They've struggled, there is so much inconsistency, unfortunately. I follow them closely.
"Gone are the coaches that have changed so much, but the problem is that of investment.
"But now they are trying to build a new stadium, and this would be critical. A stadium like the Juventus Stadium would be perfect, it would create passion and to play in an empty stadium is never good.
"Doing this at the San Siro, empty, is sad, a different stadium will be better, again, maybe with 40,000 people, to push and give strength to a new Milan."
