Mario Balotelli was missing from training at Brescia on Sunday.

He was absent due to a reported stomach bug.

Balotelli was sent home by the club last week at the gates for trying to train while still signed off by a doctor for gastroenteritis, he then returned to work in an entirely separate area of the training ground.

The striker yesterday declared he was still suffering from the bug and so stayed home.

Brescia have announced an intention to take legal action against Balotelli and his agent Mino Raiola over accusations made last week.
