Marcelo Flores is in talks to leave Arsenal.
The midfielder is currently in negotiations with Mexico's Tigres UANL.
Flores spent last season out on loan at Spanish second division side Real Oviedo
Journalist Charles Watts is reporting: "Marcelo Flores is close to a permanent move away from Arsenal.
"The 19-year-old is finalising a move to Tigres in Mexico."
