Real Madrid wing-back Marcelo was delighted with their 2-0 Champions League win at Schalke.
Marcelo struck in the victory.
"In the Champions League anything can happen. We have humility and we have to work to progress through the tie. We fought hard and Schalke are a good team. We have a good advantage of two goals but nothing has been decided," said Marcelo.
"Real Madrid must always have to fight until the death. We have rediscovered some of the form of last year and we are on-track to get better.
"The goal was for my niece, who was only born recently. I wanted to celebrate the goal with everyone because we are a family."
