Diego Maradona says Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo will never match the success of Barcelona ace Lionel Messi. For many, Ronaldo outshone Messi last season, despite the Argentine's incredible goal scoring feats.

But Maradona says: "Cristiano is not going to ever achieve (what Messi has), because he can have very good shot but I say you need much more than that.

"I'll never talk bad about Messi because I know him. Messi scores a goal and he celebrates, Cristiano scores a goal and stops as if he is selling shampoo. That's the difference."
