Inter Milan boss Roberto Mancini understands the frustration of supporters.

Many Nerazzurri fans are abandoning the team and insults were hurled from the stands after a 1-1 draw with bottom of the table Parma.

"The fans are suffering, but they must realise we are suffering too. At times it takes longer than expected and they are right to be disappointed, but it's already a difficult situation and getting insulted doesn't help," said Mancini.

"Would that have happened in England? No, we Italians are different. In England even if the team doesn't win, at the end of the season the fans applaud you anyway."
