Inter Milan are eyeing Tottenham winger Erik Lamela.
The London Evening Standard says Lamela is a transfer target for Inter Milan after receiving a personal recommendation from boss Roberto Mancini.
Inter are keen to overhaul their squad this summer after another disappointing season in Serie A, in which they face a struggle even to secure a place in the Europa League.
Inter intend to present Spurs with the following offer: an initial season-long loan deal, containing an obligation to buy at the end of the 2015/16 campaign.
Only Juventus could afford to offer Spurs anything close to what they paid for Lamela, and the Italian champions are not thought to be interested in the 23-year-old at this stage.
