Manchester derby can take the back seat…for now - Man City's Hart

Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart says any thoughts of next weekend's highly-anticipated Manchester derby must wait until later in the week.

The reigning Premier League champions host league leaders Manchester United next Sunday as they try to bridge the three-point gap Sir Alex Ferguson's men have made on them but Hart insists that everyone in the City camp is firmly focused on the Champions League meeting with Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday.

"We move on to the derby now, and we've obviously got Dortmund on Tuesday," said the England number one.

"We've got a tough one in Dortmund. We need to finish the Champions League group with a bit of pride.

"Hopefully we'll get a good result there and we'll get into that one (derby). We'll deal with that when it comes."

City can still finish third in Group D, which ensures a spot in the Europa League, if they manage to avoid defeat at Dortmund and hope that Real Madrid can beat Ajax by more than two goals.
