Man Utd's Fellaini primed for Everton return - Neville

Manchester United travel to Everton on Sunday and Phil Neville believes that Marouane Fellaini will be relishing the opportunity to return to Goodison Park.

Fellaini left Everton for United in the summer of 2013 and is in such fine form for the Red Devils that he will be full of confidence when the two clubs meet on Merseyside on Sunday according to Neville.

"I think it'll be good for Fellaini to go back to Goodison now because he's going back in a better of state of mind," the former United and Toffees star said.

"He's in better form and I think he's going there full of confidence.

"What happened in terms of his departure from Everton has been forgotten about now so Everton fans can probably look at it and say Marouane did a great job for us, he's coming back and United fans are seeing the best of him.

"So he's got to go there enjoy the fact he's playing really well for the club now and he had five great years at Everton too."

The Belgian has scored five league goals in 22 league games for the Red Devils this season and was called 'undroppable' by manager Louis van Gaal last month.
