Manchester United's Anderson and Liverpool midfielder Lucas were among 12 overseas-based players named by Brazil coach Dunga to play in a warm-up game for the Olympics on June 22.
Real Madrid's Robinho, 24, is the only player in the group of 12 who would fill one of the three over-age slots if he is named in the final squad for the Games.
