The England U21s are set to infuriate Manchester United by including Luke Shaw in their squad for this summer's European Championships.

Young Lions manager Gareth Southgate is set to enter a battle with Red Devils boss Louis van Gaal regarding 19-year old left-back Shaw who is to be named in the roster for the UEFA U21 tournament in the Czech Republic in June.

van Gaal wants Shaw to rest this off-season in a bid to get over his niggling injury worries but the Football Association are determined to take him to eastern Europe as they prepare to take on Italy, Portugal and Sweden.
