Manchester United veteran Michael Owen is adamant he has three years left in the game.

Horse racing lover Owen, 32, also insists he can play on for another three years and wants to stay in the sport once he's retired.

He told The Sun: "Training horses doesn't really interest me.

"I want to probably play for another two or three more years and then stay in football in some capacity and probably stick to what I am doing here, just running the ship from above."
