Manchester United striker John Cofie has collected a knock on-loan at Sheffield United.

Cofie was not involved in Sheffield United's triumph at Leyton Orient.

Blades manager Danny Wilson explained Cofie did not make the trip to London because of a groin injury.

"John couldn't be involved and so there was no point in asking him to come down when he could be staying at home and receiving treatment," Wilson informed the Sheffield Star. "Fingers crossed, the rest will help and then we'll see how he is."
