Manchester United striker Edinson Cavani has rejected an approach from Boca Juniors.

Boca made an attempt for Cavani last summer before he signed a new 12-month deal with United.

TyC Sports says Boca have made fresh attempt in the past week, but received the same response.

Cavani rejected Boca's approach as he intends to leave United next month for Barcelona.

The veteran has been lined up by Barca as a replacement for Sergio Aguero, who announced his retirement this week.
