Ryan Giggs admits he is unsure if Italian giants Inter Milan ever wanted him at the club.
The Manchester United midfielder was linked with a 2003 move to the San Siro but he insists that even if the Nerazzurri really wanted him, he was never going to leave Old Trafford.
"The newspapers spoke about it but I have never had any contact.
"However, it would have been useless. I never wanted to leave United.""I don't know if (president Massimo) Moratti wanted me at Inter," he told Gazzetta dello Sport.
