Manchester United skipper Nemanja Vidic is set for a playing return next week.
Vidic is expected to link up with the Serbia squad on Thursday. Although it's unlikely he'll play against Italy on Friday, of course, his national team coach Vladimir Petrovic does hope he'll figure against Slovenia on Tuesday.
The stopper hopes to do enough to make United's big clash with Liverpool.
