Manchester United defender Nemanja Vidic is supremely confident that he will be fully fit ahead of the 2013/14 Premier League season.
The Serbian centre-half managed just 19 league appearances last season due to knee problems but feels he will be back in top gear for the August 17 season opener against Swansea City after getting through a full game in the 1-1 pre-season draw with AIK in Stockholm on Tuesday night.
"I am pleased that I have 90 minutes under my belt," he said to MUTV. "It's a long time since I've played a full game.
"I am pleased with that and I hope that after this game I can pick up my fitness and I will be ready for the beginning of the season."
