Manchester United are ready to bid for Livingston striker Matthew Knox.

The Daily Mail says United are in talks with Livingston over a £150,000 deal for teenage striker Knox.

He became the youngest player to play for Livingston when he made his debut just four days after his 16th birthday last December and had a trial with United in January.

Knox has also had spells with Tottenham, Liverpool and Everton while Rangers have also expressed an interest in signing the youngster.
