Manchester United are weighing up a new offer for AS Roma midfielder Daniele De Rossi.
The Premier League champions failed with a £10m offer for De Rossi, says the Daily Mail.
Roma have ruled out a loan for De Rossi, 30, and told United to increase the offer but it is unclear whether negotiations will continue.
