Manchester United are set to go after Tottenham's Harry Kane according to reports.

The Daily Mail suggests that the Red Devils are readying a £45million offer for the Spurs striker who has enjoyed a breakout campaign.

United boss Louis van Gaal reportedly wants a new striker at Old Trafford after signing Dutch winger Memphis Depay and it is believed that Kane is at the top of his wish-list.

The 21-year old has scored 30 goals in all competitions for Tottenham this season, including 20 in the Premier League, in a season which also saw him score on his England debut in March.
