Manchester United goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar was delighted for Javier Hernandez after his goal scoring debut in victory over the MLS Allstars.
It was a particularly memorable occasion for United's Mexican striker who made an instant impact in his first game for his new club.
"We scored some top quality goals and we're all delighted that Hernandez got himself on the score-sheet," said the Dutchman.
"He looks very sharp and has a good eye for goal. You could see his quality from the first chance he had just before he scored. Of course, the finish for his goal was tremendous."
