Fenerbahce coach Ismail Kartal has confirmed Altay Bayindir is leaving.

The goalkeeper is expected to sign for Manchester United.

Bayindir featured in the Europa Conference League qualifying win against Twente on Thursday night before appearing to say farewell to fans.

Kartal said, “These things happen in football.

"I would like to thank Altay for his services. He has started his new adventure, I wish you success in this journey. He represents us very well there."
