Manchester United and Newcastle United are eyeing Sunderland whizkid Chris Rigg.
The 16 year-old continues to impress for Sunderland after making his first team debut last season.
Rigg has been likened to former Wales captain Gareth Bale.
The i says United and Newcastle are watching Rigg this term, though the youngster is happy where he is.
The midfielder has continued to show promise this season by scoring two goals in two senior outings so far.
