Manchester United midfielder Ryan Tunnicliffe is open to extending his loan at Peterborough United.

The youngster's loan ends in January.

"I need to sit down properly with the manager, my agent and Manchester United to work out what's best for me," he told Peterborough Today.

"Whatever happens I have enjoyed my time here. Even sitting on the bench a lot is better than playing reserve team football.

"Manchester United have a few injury problems in midfield, so maybe I can start pushing for a first-team place, but we'll just have to wait and see."
