River Plate midfielder Ezequiel Cirigliano has rejected an offer from Anzhi.
Clarin says Cirigliano is not interested in a move to Russia, particularly with rival offers flooding in for his services.
Manchester United, Manchester City, Fiorentina and Napoli are all keen on the Argentina youth international.
