Chelsea are expected to drop their pursuit of Sao Paulo star Lucas Moura.
The Telegraph says the signing of Lille star Eden Hazard probably ends Chelsea's interest in the Brazil international Lucas, who had been a prime target for previous manager Andre Villas-Boas.
Ironically Chelsea's rivals for Hazard, Manchester United and Manchester City, are now likely to seek talks with Sao Paulo for the young attacking midfielder.
