Manchester United have no intention of following up on the loan deals of Wout Weghorst and Marcel Sabitzer this summer.
The Red Devils are thankful to both players for their service from January onwards.
However, The Mail states that Sabitzer spent too much time on the treatment table to convince United to sign him permanently.
The Austrian will return to Bayern Munich and work on recovering from a season-ending knee injury.
Meanwhile, Weghorst is heading back to newly promoted Burnley, but will likely seek a move away from the club.
The Dutchman did play many games for United, but failed to score a single Premier League goal.
