Manchester United are interested in Cagliari defender Davide Astori. Astori has been a long-term target for Southampton chairman Nico Cortese.
Sky Italia says United are the latest club to show an interest in the 26-year-old centre-back.
Cagliari are seeking £10 million for the Italy international.
