Reports suggest that Manchester United are pondering a significant offer for Bayern Munich midfielder Toni Kroos.
The 24-year old Germany international is out of contract at the Allianz Arena this summer and has been unable to agree terms with the Bundesliga and European champions.
The Mirror is suggesting that United are ready to offer Kroos £250,000-a-week to lure him to Old Trafford which is reportedly three times more than he earns in Munich.
Kroos has been in brilliant form in recent times and Bayern would demand a transfer fee of around £30million for his services.
