PSV Eindhoven midfielder Ibrahim Afellay is eyeing a lucrative Bosman move to England.
The 24-year-old is considered one of the most prized assets in the Eredivisie and has attracted the interests of Arsenal, Manchester United, Liverpool and Everton.
He said: "Playing in the Premier League would be best for my prestige. I'd like to play for Liverpool or Manchester United , the top-level prospect for any player."
Afellay has spent his entire career at PSV but with the club facing tricky financial times he was widely expected to leave for a nominal fee in January.
However the player claims he is more likely to remain with the Dutch outfit until the summer when he'll be available on a free.
He said: "The transfer deadline is closed, so nothing new will happen now. All I can do is focus on PSV and I will continue to do so. And it looks now as if I will stay at Eindhoven until the end of the season."
