Manchester United legend Edwin van der Sar could come out of retirement for Ajax.

Van der Sar is currently working in the front office at Ajax and keeping his hand in training with the first team squad.

Ajax are facing a keeper crisis going into their clash with PSV Eindhoven, with Jasper Cillessen their only senior keeper available.

Van der Sar could answer a plea from coach Frank de Boer to be among the substitutes for the PSV showdown, says De Telegraaf.
