Manchester United legend Roy Keane regrets taking part in a doco where he selected his best XI of former teammates.
There was no place for the club's current interim manager, Ryan Giggs, or other members of the famed Class of 92, including Paul Scholes and Gary Neville, while Jaap Stam, Paul Ince, David Beckham and Ruud van Nistelrooy (all players who, like Keane, also fell out of favour with Sir Alex Ferguson) were selected.
"That programme is not something I'm entirely happy that I've done," he said. "Whether people liked it or not, I felt uncomfortable picking my best XI.
"I felt embarrassed leaving players out. I feel like I disrespected my teammates. And if you asked me to name my best XI now, well I wouldn't do it, first of all. But if I did, there'd probably be three or four changes."
