Manchester United legend Roy Keane says England should not start Wayne Rooney tomorrow against Ukraine.
Keane wrote in The Sun: "England have proven, both in the tournament and the friendlies leading up to it, they can cope without Wayne.
"I'm sure he could do with a bit of time on the pitch in Donetsk but it doesn't mean he needs to start. You can bring him on for the second half, either if you're a goal or two to the good or need to chase the game.
"If England want to go on and win the tournament, you must have Wayne in your team but not necessarily next time. And like every player, he will benefit from some competition."
