Man Utd legend Giggs tribute to Ferguson after winning Golden Foot

Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs paid tribute to manager Sir Alex Ferguson after winning the Golden Foot for 2011.

After receiving his trophy from Prince Albert II of Monaco, the Reds legend said he had been "fortunate to play for the greatest manager" in Sir Alex Ferguson.

"He's hard but fair. He demands a lot from his players as he does from himself," remarked Giggs, at Monday night's glittering Golden Foot ceremony.

"He is the best manager and it's great to have had him there throughout my career."
