Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs feels Wales on the right track to reach the 2016 Euros.
Giggs never made it to a major international tournament with Wales during his playing career.
He said: "There's a long way to go but there is great potential and with Bale leading the attack, who is a world class player, who could walk into any team and is a matchwinner.
"There are others like Aaron Ramsey and younger lads coming through and there's a belief there we haven't seen for a long, long time.
"Now we can go to Belgium with everything to gain and the players full of confidence.
"They will feel like they can go anywhere right now and get a result.
"And they've already delivered some decent performances away from home - including Belgium in the last campaign - because they have players who can keep the ball.
"And then there's Gareth Bale."
