Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea says his price-tag was never a problem for him.

De Gea joined United from Atletico Madrid as the second most expensive goalkeeper transfer in the game's history.

"It doesn't interest me. They are numbers, clauses, prices. The value that really counts is that which is shown on the pitch, not what they say your value is. I'm interested in what people think of me on the playing field."
