Manchester United are locked in talks with Everton for fullback Leighton Baines. The Sunday Mirror says Everton are understood to be demanding £15million for Baines, but United hope to reduce that fee by offering players for loan as part of the deal.
Baines is United boss Sir Alex Ferguson's No1 target for the left-back position this summer.
