Man Utd flop Bebe ready for Sporting Lisbon move

Manchester United striker Bebe says he is ready to leave the club permanently and join Sporting Lisbon.

The Red Devils paid Portuguese outfit Vitoria Guimaraes £7million for the 22-year old in 2010 despite him not even featuring for the club.

Since arriving at Old Trafford, Bebe has made just seven appearances for United and is looking to permanently head back to Portugal after his recent loan with Rio Ave.

"I would love to play for Sporting," he told Correio da Manha.

"The club would suit me and it is an ambition of mine to play for Sporting.

"They put faith in young players [at Sporting], appreciate them, and play an attractive game that suits my style.

"It is a club that can grow. I haven't found that in England."
