The interest from Europe for FC Tokyo midfielder Hideto Takahashi is intensifying.
Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has asked for more information about the 24 year-old Japan international, but he now faces competition from AC Milan and Germany.
Along with United and Milan, Sky Germany says Borussia Moenchengladbach and Hamburg are also keen on Takahashi.
The Japan international can play in midfield and at the back.
