Manchester United's sale of Dean Henderson to Nottingham Forest is laden with bonuses.
The England goalkeeper left United for an initial £15m.
However, The Sun says a further £5m will be due based on appearances.
United will also be due 15 per cent of any sell-on fee generated by Palace.
The agreement came after Nottingham Forest initially haggled over a loan with a view to a buy.
