Manchester United defender Raphael Varane is satisfied with his playing return for France.

Varane has featured against Tunisia and Denmark.

L'Equipe says while there was some anger from Varane that he didn't spend longer on the pitch, he is delighted with his fitness.

Indeed, the 29 year-old is happy after playing in defeat to Tunisia and finding his body without pain in the recovery.

Varane is now in line to start in the World Cup round of 16 tie with Poland on Sunday.
