Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand admits he's envious of England's players who are on their way to the World Cup.

Ferdinand retired from international football last season.

"I'd be lying if I didn't sit there and think, 'I would love to be playing' - but I just know my body wouldn't allow me to do both."
