Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand has taken aim at the FA.
After the angry reaction to the appalling scenes as the England Under 21 team won a play-off in Serbia to reach the European Championships on Tuesday, the Manchester United defender reweeted a comment about "double standards", reports the Daily Mail.
There was a clear inference to way Ferdinand believes he and his brother Anton were treated during the investigation into the racist comments aimed by then-England captain John Terry at Anton during a game.
The tweet said: "Agreed, All jump on bandwagon when judging everyone else but all bottle merchants when it's on home soil #DoubleStandards"
