Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand is delighted for Antonio Valencia after he was handed the No7 shirt.
Valencia will wear United's iconic No 7 shirt next season after the number was vacated by released striker Michael Owen.
Ferdinand lauded the decision, saying on Twitter: "Antonio Valencia wearing the No7 shirt next season ...follows an illustrious group of players to do so! Love it!"
