Bayern Munich are reportedly keen on recruiting CSKA Moscow stopper Igor Akinfeev who was also a target for Manchester United. According to Moscow paper Sport Express, Bayern are weighing up a move for the 23 year old as the Reds aren't expected to follow up rumoured interest after it emerged he doesn't speak any English.
United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has previously stated that he would never sign a keeper who couldn't communicate with his defence.
