Manchester United are preparing a January offer for Southampton midfielder Adam Lallana.
The Daily Star says the Southampton and England land ace is David Moyes' top target after a string of fine displays for club and country.
United are now preparing to test the nerve of the south coast side, with Moyes ready to spend big when the window opens.
Lallana is rated at around £15m-plus and his camp have been made aware in recent weeks that United are keen.
